在丙线外照射中小剂量诊断指标的研究过程中,我们观察到家兔的外周血淋巴细胞酸性磷酸酯酶(Acp)活力与受照剂量之间存在着线性关系。以后又发现,具有抗放作用的胰岛素对丙线照射狗的外周血淋巴细胞Acp活力有一定的保护作用。这些结果提示.
A cytochemical method was used to determine the lymphocyte ACP activity of human blood irradiated in vitro.The doses used in calibration were 200,400,600 and 800 rad respectively.A regression equation was obtained from the correlation between the lymphocyte ACP activity"4"type and the irradiation dosage.By using this equation it was possible to evaluate the victim’s whole body dose received in an acute radiation accident.
