摘要 七十年代初,分子筛制氧新技术得到了迅速发展,该法系利用吸附系统中的分子筛分离空气中的氧,其纯度最高可达95%,并正在应用于医疗、化工和炼钢等部门。就生产成本来说:变压吸附法比分馏法的生产费用还低。 In this paper is to be described the oxygen generating device-type ZY-1 which consists mainly of the oil-free aircompressor,the oxygen generator and oil-free oxygen-compressor etc.It can generates oxygen enriched gas while compresses it into vessel.In this paper is to be described the pressure swing adsorption process and the structure of rotating valve of the device.Three mediums can be divided and respectively flowed through its holes and slots with the rotating valve at the same time,and also the process of generating oxygen is automatic.In this paper is to be described the compensation structure of the piston ring of the highest pressure stage of the oil-free oxygen compressor,testing and the casc of this device try to use in hospital.
