5′核苷酸酶染色法鉴别小鼠淋巴结及胸腺B淋巴细胞

摘要 免疫活性细胞与免疫器官组成机体的免疫系统,二者的存在与正常功能的调节是维持免疫功能稳定性的基本保证。免疫活性细胞也是构成细胞免疫与体液免疫的物质基础。在诊断细胞免疫缺陷病,判定恶性肿瘤的预后及疗效观察. A cytochemical method for 5’Nucleotidase was used to identify the B lymphocytes of mouse lymph node&thymus.By estimating the 5’N activity of the cell suspension preparations singly,the 5’N positive lymphocytes%of lymph node was found to be 32,while those of thymus was around 9.Thereafter,simultaneous estimation of 5’N and ACP activities of parallel samples from the lymph node and thymus cell suspension were carried out in order to verify the 5’N positive lymphocyte%obtained previously The 5’N and ACP positive lymphocyte%thus estimated for the lymph node were found to be 31 and 67,whereas those for thymus were around 10 and 97 respectively Above mentioned results were not only well fitted with each other but also in good accordance with those data already published.Furthermore,the effect of different lead concentrations in the incubating medium on 5’N activity,the use of ACP inhibitor and its possible mechanism and the reliability of B lymphocyte%of mouse lymph node&thymus were also briefly discussed.
