WR-2721对大剂量照射豚鼠T细胞免疫功能修复的影响

摘要 细胞免疫是免疫系统的重要组成部分。它与其他器官系统一样,在射线作用下受损伤,使机体防御能力降低,加重衰竭。免疫系统在放射病的转归中起着重要作用。若某些药物的作用能促进细胞免疫功能修复,则该药物有利于放射损伤机体状态的改善。本实验目的是观察豚鼠受丙线照射后,T细胞免疫功能变化的特点,以及预防药wR2721对T细胞免疫修复的影响。 We examined the effect of S-2-(3-aminopropylamino)ehryl phosphorothioic acid(WR-2721)for protecting cell-mediated immunological function.The effect of intraperitoneal injection of WR-2721100mg/guinea pig 30 minutes prior to total body irradiation was trested.The doses for the WR-2721 protected groups varied from 1300-2500 Rads,while that for irradiated controls was at the ranges of 300--1200 Rads.The parameter of observation was E-Rosette forming reaction which inclued E-Rosette of blood T lymphocytes and mesentery lymph node Tymphocytes.Based on the above experiments it may be conclude that the D.M.F.of WR-2721 is 3.74 in blood T lymphocytes,while in mesentery lymph node T lymphocytes is 3.77.These finding suggest that WR-2721 might be of benefit in protecting the immune system in animals undergoing radiation Gamma Rays.
