辛德比斯病毒的电镜观察

ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION ON THE SINDBIS VI RUS

辛德比斯(Sindbis简写SIN)病毒为披盖病毒科A属的主要成员与代表种。由于它能在鸡胚纤维母细胞上大量培养,出现空斑早,又不易致人疾病,故病毒实验室常用来进行各种项目的研究。本文就其在不同宿主细胞中的增殖及简易法免疫电镜观察结果作一简述。材料与方法病毒:SIN和WEE(西方马脑炎病毒用作对照)均为本实验室保存之毒种。

Sindbis virus was observed by ultrathin section and immune electron microscopy.In sections of infected culture cells and mouse brain,the viral particles with electron dense core were enveloped by membrane of cytoplasmic organelles.In negatve contrast preparations,the virus was round with regularly spaced surface projections.We can find sindbis virus exhibit mophologenesis charecter of group A arbovirus.Immunologic electron micro,scope method can examine viral particles which show agglomeration when the culture fluids were concentred and incubated with homogeneous rabbic serum,this technic is simple and can use rapid digr,osis.
