基于模板匹配的遮挡工件识别方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对在实际生产中被遮挡工件的识别问题,提出了一种基于像素灰度并结合纹理信息的多模板旋转匹配方法。该算法首先利用Kinect v2中深度相机与彩色相机的对应关系将拍摄的彩色图像与深度图像对齐;再对彩色图像进行滤波、增强、纹理提取等预处理,得到清晰的纹理图像;然后将以不同倾斜角度摆放的工件制作成多个标准模板;最后将模板依次与纹理图像匹配,若匹配成功,则判定此区域存在目标工件。实验结果证明,该方法既能有效识别非遮挡状态下的工件也能识别遮挡状态的工件,识别率可达94.4%。
