血清空腹血清胰岛素、Ca2+、脂联素在妊娠期高血压中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of serum FINS,Ca2+ and adiponectin in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、钙离子(Ca2+)、脂联素的表达水平及临床意义。方法选择2017—2018年6月接诊的90例妊娠期高血压患者为观察组,并选择同期体检健康孕妇70例为对照组,检测各组血清FINS、Ca2+、脂联素水平,分析与疾病的相关性。结果观察组血清FINS水平高于对照组,Ca2+、脂联素水平低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。观察组中,高血压亚组FINS水平低于,Ca2+、脂联素水平高于轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期亚组(P值均<0.05)。Pearman相关性分析显示:患者血清FINS与脂联素水平呈负相关(r=-0.444,P<0.05)、Ca2+水平与脂联素水平呈正相关(r=0.564,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者血清FINS水平升高、Ca2+和脂联素水平降低,且与疾病严重程度有关,是反映妊娠期高血压患者病情变化的有效指标,且血清FINS、Ca2+与脂联素水平相关。

Objective To investigate the expression levels of fasting serum insulin(FINS),calcium ion(Ca2+)and adiponectin and their clinical significance in patients with hypertension during pregnancy.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from 2017 to Jun 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 70 healthy pregnant women who were examined during the same period were selected as the control group;the serum levels of FINS,Ca2+and adiponectin of subjects in each group were determined.The correlations between serum levels of FINS,Ca2+,adiponectin and patients with different diseases were analyzed.Results Patients in the observation group had higher levels of serum FINS,and lower levels of Ca2+and adiponectin compared to those in the control group(both P<0.05).In the observation group,the serum level of FINS in the hypertension subgroup were lower,while levels of Ca2+and adiponectin were higher than those in the mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia subgroups(all P<0.05).Pearman correlation analysis showed that serum FINS was negatively correlated with adiponectin levels(r=-0.444,P<0.05)and Ca2+was positively correlated with adiponectin(r=0.564,P<0.05)among patients.Conclusion The serum level of FINS increased,while levels of Ca2+/adiponectin decreased in patients with hypertension during pregnancy,which are also related to the severity of the patient′s condition and are effective indicators of changes in the condition of patients with hypertension during pregnancy.Serum levles of FINS and Ca2+were ralted with adiponectin level.
