苏州市6~11岁学生视力与营养状况相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解苏州市学生视力与营养状况的相关性,为制定综合防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对2017年苏州市6~11岁626129名学生体检资料进行分析,计算视力不良检出率,分析其与身高、体重、体质指数(BMI)的相关性。结果苏州市6~11岁男、女学生视力不良检出率分别为41.4%、46.6%。不同年龄组、不同性别、不同营养状况下,视力不良检出率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。相关性分析发现,视力与身高、体重、BMI值均呈负相关(P值均<0.05);以正常体重为参照值,调整年龄和性别,进行logistic回归分析,肥胖组患视力不良的OR(95%CI)为1.14(1.12~1.15),超重组为1.06(1.05~1.08),中重度消瘦和轻度消瘦组未呈现明显的差异。结论苏州市学生视力与身高、体重、BMI存在一定相关性,应在重点人群的基础上,采取综合防控措施,改善学生视力不良状况。 Objective To understand the correlation between poor vision and nutritional status among students in Suzhou;to provide basis for making prevention and control measures for poor vision.Methods The data of physical examination of626,129 students aged 6-11 years were analyzed in 2017 by descriptive epidemiological method.The prevalence rate of poor vision was calculated.The correlation between height,weight and body mass index(BMI)with poor vision were analyzed.Results Among students of 6-11 years old,the poor vision rates were 41.4%and 46.6%for males and females,respectively.There were significant differences in the detection rate of poor vision among different groups of age,gender and nutritional status(all P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that poor vision was negatively correlated with height,weight and BMI(all P<0.05).According to normal body weight,after adjusting age and gender,logistic regression analysis showed the OR(95%CI)was 1.14(1.12,1.15)in obesity group and 1.06(1.05,1.08)in overweight group.There was no significant difference between moderate and severe emaciation group and mild emaciation group.Conclusion There was a correlation between poor vision with height,weight,BMI among students in Suzhou.In order to change poor vision situation of students,integrated prevention and control measures should be conducted in addition of the intervention for key population.
