2014年江苏省成年居民糖尿病流行状况

The prevalence of diabetes among adult residents in Jiangsu province

目的了解江苏省成年居民糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率情况。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取江苏省10个监测点,再从中随机抽取≥18岁成人为调查对象,由经统一培训调查员,采用2014年江苏省营养与健康状况调查问卷入户面对面进行调查,并采集调查对象清晨空腹静脉血检测空腹血糖。结果共调查≥18岁成人8204人,空腹血糖平均为(5.5±1.5)mmol/L,检出糖尿病患者901例,患病率为11.0%。苏南患病率高于苏北,小学以下人群高于其他人群,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.69、35.83,P值均<0.05)。随年龄、BMI增长,糖尿病患病率均显著升高(χ2值分别为216.42、98.06,P趋势均<0.05)。糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为58.3%、54.9%、29.2%,其中知晓率、治疗率女性均高于男性(χ2知晓率=6.07,χ2治疗率=6.45,P值均<0.05)。糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率均随年龄增加而升高(χ2知晓率=58.67,χ2治疗率=55.07,χ2控制率=20.91,P趋势均<0.05);随BMI的增加均显著降低(χ2知晓率=6.71,χ2治疗率=3.43,χ2控制率=6.05,P趋势均<0.05)。结论江苏省成年居民糖尿病患病率处于较高水平,糖尿病控制率亟待提高。

Objective To understand the prevalence,knowledge awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of diabetes among adult residents in Jiangsu province.Methods Using multi-stage random cluster sampling method,10 monitoring sites in Jiangsu province were selected,and adults over 18 years of age were randomly selected as subjects.After unified training for investigators,the Nutrition and Health Survey questionnaire of Jiangsu province in 2014 was used to conduct face-to-face survey,the fasting venous blood of subjects were collected to determine fasting blood glucose level in the morning.Results A total of 8204 adults over 18 years of age were investigated.The average level of morning fasting blood glucose was(5.5±1.5)mmol/L.A total of 901 diabetic patients were identified,the prevalence rate was 11.0%.The prevalence rate in southern Jiangsu was higher than that in northern Jiangsu,and prevalence rate of group with education level below primary school was higher than that in other groups,with statistical significance(χ2 were 4.69,35.83,all P<0.05).With the increase of age and BMI,the prevalence rates of diabetes mellitus increased significantly(χ2 were 216.42 and 98.06,all Ptrend<0.05).The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of diabetes mellitus were 58.3%,54.9%and 29.2%,respectively.The awareness rate and treatment rate of women were higher than those of men(χ2 awareness rate=6.07,χ2 treatment rate=6.45,all P<0.05).The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of diabetes mellitus increased with age(χ2 awareness rate=58.67,χ2 treatment rate=55.07,χ2 control rate=20.91,all Ptrend<0.05),and decreased significantly with the increase of BMI(χ2 awareness rate=6.71,χ2 treatment rate=3.43,χ2 control rate=6.05,all Ptrend<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in adult residents of Jiangsu province is at a relative high level,the control rate of diabetes needs to be improved urgently.
