摘要
目的对酸性氧化电位水进行毒理学评价,探讨其安全性。方法6~8周龄健康SD大鼠48只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别给予浓度为100、300、1000mg/kg b.wt.剂量酸性氧化电位水,设纯净水为对照组,采用灌胃方式每天经口染毒,连续给予28天,进行系统的亚急性毒性实验。结果实验期间各组动物生长发育良好,未观察到中毒表现;雌、雄各剂量组体重、脏体比均与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);雌、雄各剂量组大鼠血细胞检测值、生化指标检测值均在正常波动范围内。结论本次实验条件下未观察到酸性氧化电位水的明显亚急性毒性。
Objective To evaluate the subacute toxicity electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW)for its safety.Methods A total of 48 SD rats aged 6 to 8 weeks(each gender accounted for half)were randomized into 4 groups,which were treated by EOW at doses of 100,300,1000 mg/kg b.wt.for 28 dvia gavage,respectively.Results During the experiment,all animals in each group grew well,no intoxication was observed.There was no significant difference in body weight and viscera-body ratio among different dose groups compared with the control group for both males and females(all P>0.05).Blood routine and biochemical indexes among different dose groups were within normal ranges for both males and females.Conclusion EOW did not present obvious subacute toxicity under experimental conditions.
