摘要 开展TOD开发基坑群施工对地铁及周边建筑物的影响分析及保护措施研究,对复杂城区尤其是临轨区开发建设具有重要的理论及实际意义。文章以苏州轨道交通11号线(S1线)换乘站玉山广场站周边西南侧及东南侧进行TOD开发为例,结合国内外此类开发研究成果,通过有限元分析方法对项目实施全过程数值模拟,分析TOD基坑群开挖对已建地铁车站及周边建筑影响的耦合效应,优化基坑设计。结果表明,该项目基坑群设计及施工组织合理,能够保证地铁及周边建筑物的安全,研究成果可为类似工程设计和施工提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Carrying out the influence analysis and protection measures research on the subway and surrounding buildings caused by the construction of TOD development foundation pit group has important theoretical and practical significance for the development and construction of complex urban areas,especially for the development and construction of adjacent subway.Taking the TOD development on the southwest and southeast sides of Yushan Square Metro Station,a transfer station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11(Line S1),as an example,combined with domestic and foreign research results of such development,numerical simulation of the entire process of project implementation was conducted through finite element method,to analyze the coupling effect of TOD foundation pit excavation on the existing subway station and surrounding buildings,and optimize the foundation pit design.The results show that the foundation pit design and construction organization of the project are reasonable and can ensure the safety of the subway and surrounding buildings.The research results can provide useful reference and reference for similar engineering design and construction.
