顶管侧穿桥墩防护方案优化分析

摘要 文章依托无锡地铁4号线青石路站1号出入口通道段矩形顶管施工工程,基于Midas Gts Nx有限元分析软件,建立浅埋矩形顶管侧穿高架桥墩模型,研究了超浅埋矩形顶管在无防护与打设隔离桩主动防护措施下侧穿桥墩对桩基、土层变形受力影响情况,综合对比两种条件下的土体沉降变形、地表竖向变形、承台桩、桥墩轴力变形差异,评估打设隔离桩对桥墩桩基防护效果,同时配合使用注浆处理方法对防护方案作进一步优化。 Based on the construction project of rectangular pipe jacking at the 1st entrance and exit passage section of Qingshilu Station on Wuxi Metro Line 4,this paper combines Midas gtsnx finite element analysis software to establish a shallow buried rectangular pipe jacking side crossing elevated bridge pier model.The study investigates the influence of lateral crossing of ultra-shallow buried rectangular pipe jacking on the deformation and stress of pile foundation and soil layer under the active protection measures of unprotected and isolation piles.The article comprehensively compares the differences in soil settlement deformation,surface vertical deformation,bearing platform pile,and axial force deformation of bridge piers under two conditions,evaluates the protective effect of driving isolation piles on bridge pier pile foundations,and further optimizes the protective plan in conjunction with the use of grouting treatment methods.
