摘要
某钢筋混凝土高层民用建筑,发生较大倾斜,纠偏加固后仍存在一定倾斜。检查了加固施工资料,满足验收规范要求。对该纠偏加固后房屋进行了沉降观测、倾斜检测、结构布置检测检查、混凝土强度检测等,并计算分析了结构平面布置、竖向布置的规则性,校核了剪力墙轴压比、结构构件承载力、抗倾覆能力、弹性层间位移角,结构的刚度、稳定性、承载力及延性均符合高规规定。基于检测、检查及计算分析结果,根据《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB 50292—2015),评定结构安全性等级为B_(SU)级。
A large inclination occurs in a reinforced concrete tall civil building and there is still a certain amount of inclination after reducing tilt and reinforcement.The reinforcement construction data are checked.The building after correction and reinforcement is tested for settlement observation,tilt detection,structural layout detection and inspection,concrete strength,etc.The regularity of structural plan layout and vertical layout is calculated and analyzed,and the shear wall axial compression ratio,structural member bearing capacity,overturning resistance and elastic inter-story displacement angle are checked.Based on the results of testing,inspection and calculation analysis,the structural safety level was assessed to be level according to the Standard for Appraiser of Reliability of Civil Buildings(GB 50292—2015).
