摘要
我国城市发展已步入城市更新重要时期,而老旧小区改造是城市有机更新的重要组成部分。文章以无锡市某建设小区为例,基于海绵城市理念进行设计改造,以问题为导向,统筹考虑源头LID设计、排水系统优化、内涝防治、配合景观手法,提高雨水径流控制能力,并通过PC-SWMM数学模型评估改造效果,消除降雨情况下小区内涝积水风险,构建以人为本、生态宜居的社区环境。
Urban development in our country has entered a critical phase of urban renewal,with the renovation of old residential communities being a vital component of organic urban revitalization.Taking a construction community in Wuxi city as an example,this article is based on the concept of a sponge city for design and transformation.By addressing issues comprehensively,it takes into account source-oriented Low Impact Development design,optimization of drainage systems,mitigation of internal flooding,and coordination with landscaping techniques.The goal is to enhance the rainwater runoff control capacity.The effectiveness of the transformation is assessed using the PC-SWMM mathematical model,aiming to eliminate the risk of flooding and accumulated water within the community during rainfall.Ultimately,this approach aims to create a people-oriented,ecologically-friendly living environment within the community.
