摘要
扬州某中学图文信息楼为有多项不规则的超限高层,采用框架剪力墙结构,具有扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、高位竖向收进、局部转换、大跨度钢结构采光顶等结构设计难点。针对建筑特点及结构设计难点,对该工程进行结构整体设计及结构难点专项设计,并确定结构关键构件的抗震性能化目标。结果表明,通过合理布置结构体系,采取有效的构造措施,结构的抗震性能可满足规范要求。
This paper introduces the structural design information for the mage and text information building of a middle school in Yangzhou.This building is a super high-rise building with frame-shear wall structure.This building has various structural irregularities and structural design difficulties,which includes Torsion irregularity,Concave and convex irregularity;Floor discontinuity,Vertical setback of high position,Local Structural transformation and Day-lighting roof’s long-span steel structure.Considering the characteristics of architecture and these structural design difficulties;both the integrated and specialized structural design was carried out in this project.The seismic performance targets of key structural element were also determined.The design result shows that with reasonable structure system conceptual design and effective structure constructional measures;the seismic performance of the structure can meet the requirement regulated.
