Practical Teaching Reform of Professional Background Courses

为提高专业背景课程实践教学质量,以交通设施抢修抢建课程为例,在明确课程实践教学需求、分析实践教学现状问题的基础上,以满足实战化需求、提升学员岗位任职能力为牵引,提出明晰实践教学内容、创新实践教学模式、完善实践教学条件、优化实践考核方式等改革举措。

To improve the practical teaching quality of professional background courses,emergency repair and construction of traffie facilities course is taken as an example in this paper.Firstly,it clarifies the practical teaching requirements and analyzes the current problems.Then,it puts forward some reform measures to meet the needs of actual combat and enhance the post competency,such as clarifying the practical teaching content,innovating the practical teaching mode,improving the practical teaching conditions,and optimizing the practical assessment methods.
