高寒环境下柴油机冷启动辅助措施综述

Summary of Auxiliary Measures for Cold Start of Diesel Engine in Cold Environment

针对高寒环境下柴油机存在的冷启动性能差、启动困难等问题,深入分析启动力矩、燃烧过程和油品等3个影响因素,系统阐述目前几种常用冷启动辅助措施的工作原理、适用环境温度及其启动过程中对车辆运行方面产生的影响,对高寒环境下柴油车辆冷启动辅助措施的选用和技术发展提出参考意见。

In view of the problems of poor cold start performance and start difficulty of diesel engine in cold environment,this paper firstly analyzes three factors affecting starting torque,combustion process and oil products.Then,it describes the working principles and applicable ambient temperature of several cold start assistant measures and the impact on vehicle operation.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for the selection of auxiliary measures and technical development of cold start for diesel vehicles in cold environment.
