“以教学为主”教员开展科研工作的探讨

摘要 为提升“以教学为主”教员科研能力水平,从“三种关系”反思科研现状、“三大导向”校准研究方向、“四则运算”释放科研活力3个方面分析当前院校“以教学为主”教员开展科研工作存在的困境难题,探讨该类教员在科研工作中应当重点把握的方向定位,并提出相应对策建议。 In order to improve the scientific research ability of teaching oriented teachers,this paper firstly analyzes the difficulties of teaching-oriented teachers in carrying out scientific research from three aspects of reflecting on the current situation of scientific research from"three relationships",calibrating the research direction from"three directions",and releasing the vitality of scientific research from"four arithmetic operations".Then,it discusses the orientation that such teachers should focus on in scientific research,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
