摘要
为提升装备保障人员专业知识、能力素质和核心技能,适应实战化条件下装备保障实践对装备保障人员能力提出的更高要求,以装备保障教学训练中存在的问题为切入点,从建立面向战场领域全域空间的装备战损分布模型、统筹规划模拟训练软硬件环境支撑平台、探索实践“后方指挥所+保障分队+技术兵”三级联动协同训练模式3个方面提出解决问题的方法路径,探索及时吸收演训成果进入院校教学、支撑三级联动训练模式创新运用、通过改革牵引助推人才培养质效3条模拟训练条件建设的实施策略,为装备保障模拟训练模式探索与实践积累经验。
In order to improve the professional knowledge,ability quality and core skills of equipment support personnel,and adapt to the higher requirements of equipment support practice on the ability of equipment support personnel under the conditions of actual combat,this paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the teaching and training of equipment support.Then,it puts forward the solutions to the problems from following three aspects:establishing the equipment damage distribution model facing the whole space of the battlefield,planning the simulation training software and hardware environment support platform,and exploring the three-level linkage collaborative training mode of"rear command post+support unit+technical force".Finally,it proposes three implementation strategies to accumulate experience for the exploration and practice of equipment support simulation training mode,such as absorbing the results of training into college teaching,supporting the innovative application of three-level linkage training modes,and promoting the quality and efficiency of personnel training through reform.
