海外军事行动全域多维装备保障问题研究

Research on Global Multi-dimensional Equipment Support in Overseas Military Operations

为提高海外军事行动装备保障能力,拓展、延伸和创新我军海外军事行动装备保障工作,以适应新形势下我军军事力量“走出去”的现实需求,阐述海外军事行动全域多维装备保障的基本内涵,针对海外军事行动装备保障面临的困境,从自我保障、军民融合保障、国际合作保障3个方面对海外军事行动全域多维装备保障的实施策略进行研究探索,并提出海外军事行动全域多维装备保障应把握的几个问题。

To improve the equipment support ability and expand,extend and innovate the equipment support in overseas military operations of our army to adapt to the realistic needs of our army forces going global under the new situation,this paper firstly expounds the basic connotation of the global multi-dimensional equipmentsupport in overseas military operations.Then,it explores the implementation strategy of the multi-dimensional equipment support of overseas military operations from self-support,civil-military integrated support and international cooperation support.Finally,it proposes several problems that should be grasped in the multi-dimensional equipment support of overseas military operations.
