摘要
为有效激发学员自主学习能力,提高课堂教学效率,应用CDIO工程教育理念,通过对同一教学案例开展的三次教学设计、效果分析与设计反思,展示如何通过项目驱动系统地将学科理论和项目实践相融合,创设“学为中心”的开放式课堂,提升学员解决问题和创新等关键能力,鼓励团队合作,进而提升人才培养质量。
In order to effectively simulate cadets' independent learning ability and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,CDIO engineering education concept is applied in this paper.Firstly,through three times of teaching design,effect analysis,and design reflection on the same teaching case,it shows how to systematically integrate discipline theory and project practice through project driven.Then,it creates an open classroom with "learning as the center" to improve cadets' key abilities of solving problems and innovation,and encourages teamwork to improve the quality of talent training.
