装备保障指挥训练控制方法

Control Method of Equipment Support Command Training

为提高装备保障指挥训练成效,分析基于指挥信息系统的装备保障指挥训练效果的影响因素,面向训练准备、训练实施、训练考评3个阶段不同的控制对象,通过设计基于项目管理方法的训练计划控制、面向关键节点的训练流程控制和基于AHP-RBF的训练效益控制等3类控制方法,实现对基于指挥信息系统的装备保障指挥训练的全过程效果控制。

To improve the effectiveness of equipment support command training,this paper firstly analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of equipment support command training based on the command information system.Then,for different control objects in the three stages of training preparation,training implementation,and training evaluation,it designs three types of control methods of training plan control based on project management method,training process control based on key nodes,and training effectiveness control based on AHP-RBF.Finally,it realized the whole process effect control of equipment support command training based on command information system with the designed control methods.
