不同视角下托盘优选尺寸分析

Analysis on Optimal Pallet Size from Different Perspectives

为提高物流系统的效率和效益,分别从历史、贸易和军事等不同视角研究分析托盘的优选尺寸。历史视角下,各国通过迭代发展出本国的托盘优选尺寸,国际标准化组织综合各方意见不断修改,形成由6种尺寸组成的托盘国际标准;贸易视角下,对国际标准化组织建议采用的6种托盘尺寸进行优选,把1 200 mm×1 000 mm和1 100 mm×1 100 mm两种尺寸作为优选尺寸;军事视角下,把适应集装化运输作为确定托盘优选尺寸的首要条件,建议1 100 mm×1 100 mm这一尺寸为我军托盘优选尺寸,以最大程度地满足军事运输需求,提高运输效率。

In order to improve the efficiency of the logistics,the optimal pallet size is analyzed from different perspectives of history,trade and military in this paper.From the historical perspective,different countries develop their own optimal pallet size through iterations,and International Standardization Organization(ISO) forms an international standard for pallets consisting of six sizes based on the comprehensive opinions of all parties and continuous modifications.From the trade perspective,six pallet sizes recommended by the ISO were selected,and the two sizes of 1 200 mm × 1 000 mm and 1 100 mm × 1 100 mm are the optimal sizes.From the military perspective,it is recommended that taking the size adapting to containerized transportation as the primary condition for determining the optimal size,and the size of 1 100 mm × 1 100mm is the optimal size for our military pallet to meet the military transportation demand to the greatest extent and improve the transportation efficiency.
