Research on Refueling Support of Passenger Train Implementing National Defense Requirements

为更好地发挥铁路客车保障效能,提升客车运行距离,针对贯彻国防要求铁路客车加油需求,提出加油保障的基本思路。在此基础上,重点对应急加油保障措施进行深入分析,指出应着力解决加油保障单位确定、保障点设置、应急保障组织实施等基本问题。

In order to give better play to the support efficiency of passenger train and improve the running distance of passenger train,this paper firstly puts forward the basic idea of refueling support in view of the implementation of the national defense requirements for passenger train.Then,it focuses on the in-depth analysis of emergency refueling support measures.Finally,it points out that efforts should be made to solve the basic problems such as the determination of refueling support units,the setting of support points,and the implementation of emergency support organizations.
