摘要
为提高军队院校实践类课程考核的有效性,针对当前课程考核存在的问题,基于“形成性+终结性”的复合式考核模式,构建“N+M”考核模型,以装卸搬运机械维护课程为例阐述该考核模型的实施过程。通过应用效果分析,验证该模型的有效性,并对“N+M”考核模型实施提出建议。
In order to strengthen the teaching effectiveness of practical courses assessment in military academies,this paper firstly points out the problems existing in current course assessment.Then,it establishes the"N+M"assessment model based on the composite assessment model of"formative and summative",and elaborates the implementation process of the assessment model by taking loading and unloading machinery course as an example.Finally,it verifies the effectiveness of the model through the application effect analysis,and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the"N+M"assessment model.
