摘要
为提高人员物资运输效率,在对后勤运输决策流程深入研究的基础上,依据后勤运输过程提出“出发点—中转点—目标点”三点人员-物资协同考虑的应急运输方法。首先,分析战场复杂环境中人员物资转移及目标点确认面临的挑战。其次,针对性地将出发点、中转点和目标点协同考虑建立人员-物资转移模型。在模型的运算上,研究基于多种场景情况下的拉格朗日对偶问题分支定界算法。最后,建立模拟战场场景为研究实例,对人员-物资转移方法进行可行性分析。
In order to improve the efficiency of personnel and materials transportation,this paper proposes an emergency transportation method of"starting point,transit point,target point"based on the in-depth study of logistics transportation decision-making process.Firstly,it analyzes the challenges faced by personnel and materials transfer and target point confirmation in the complex battlefield environment.Secondly,it establishes a personnel and material transfer model by considering the starting point,transfer point and target point together.Thirdly,it studies the branch and bound algorithm of Lagrangian dual problem based on multiple scenarios.Finally,it establishes a simulated battlefield scenario as a research example to analyze the feasibility of personnel-material transfer method.
