装备维修质量管理研究

Research on Equipment Maintenance Quality Control

为保持装备良好战技术性能,分析加强装备维修质量管理对于提升装备作战效能、规范维修过程控制、助推新型装备研发的意义,针对当前装备维修质量管理存在的配套建设缺乏、质量检验踏空、人才支撑不足等问题,从构建管理体系、储备专项人才、落实质检环节、抓好质量跟踪等4个方面提出加强装备维修质量管理的措施。

In order to maintain the technical performance of equipment,this paper firstly analyzes the significance of strengthening the equipment maintenance quality control for improving the operational efficiency of equipment,standardizing the maintenance process control,and improving the research and development of new equipment.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the current equipment maintenance quality control,such as the lack of supporting construction,the lack of quality inspection,and the lack of talent support.Finally,it puts forward some measures to strengthen equipment maintenance quality control from four aspects of building a management system,reserving special talents,implementing quality testing links,and implementing quality tracking.
