Use and Enlightenment of US Merchant Ships in Wartime

为深化军事斗争准备、促进战略能力生成,推动我国民船战时动员运用效能释放,详细分析美军商船历史沿革、运力组成、获取模式、体制机制4个方面内容,从健全战时动员机制、深挖民用运力潜力、完善配套条件建设3个方面提出对我军的启示。

To deepen the preparation military struggle,promote the generation of strategic capability,and promote the efficiency release of mobilization and utilization of China’civilian ships in wartime,this paper firstly analyzes the historical evolution,transport capacity composition,acquisition mode,and institutional mechanism of US merchant ships in detail.Then,it puts forward enlightenment to our army from following three aspects:improving the wartime mobilization mechanism,deeply mining the potential of civilian transport capacity,and improving the construction of supporting conditions.
