军需仓储专业士兵职业技能鉴定培训模式研究

Research on Vocational Skills Appraisal Training Mode of Soldiers Majoring in Military Storage

为提升军需仓储专业士兵职业技能鉴定培训质量,分析当前培训中存在的问题,确立促提升拉高线、分层次融体系、重专业强素质3条培训基本要求,结合依托鉴定站组织军需仓储专业士兵职业技能鉴定培训模式,从解读鉴定要素细目表发挥其对培训教学的有效引领作用、基于O-AMAS有效教学模式开展理论教学培训、拓宽实践教学途径组织操作技能课目培训3个方面提出具体建议,以期更好促进人力资源效能的发挥。

In order to improve the quality of vocational skill identification training for soldiers majoring in military storage,this paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the current training.Then,it establishes three basic training requirements of raising standard line,carrying out classified and system construction,and emphasizing specialty and strengthening quality.Finally,combining with the training mode of organizing vocational skill appraisal training for soldiers majoring in military storage relying on the appraisal station,it puts forward specific suggestions in following three aspects:playing its effective leading role in training and teaching by interpreting the detailed list of appraisal elements,carrying out theoretical teaching training based on the effective teaching mode of O-AMAS,broadening practical teaching channels,and organizing operational skills training,so as to promote the effectiveness of human resources.
