基于HyperMesh的Baja轻型越野车车架结构有限元分析

摘要 为合理设计Baja越野车车架,通过HyperMesh软件中的2D单元模式对所设计的Baja越野车车架在满载弯曲、高速转弯、紧急制动和满载扭转4种典型工况下的受力情况进行CAE分析。同时为避免车架与路面激励和轮胎激励产生共振,还对该车架进行模态分析,并通过整车试验进行实际工况的验证。结果表明,所设计的Baja越野车车架能够满足各种坑洼、起伏、陡坡等越野路面对整车的行驶要求,不会发生共振现象,为后续整车研发提供理论依据。 In order to reasonably design the Baja off-road vehicle frame,this paper firstly carries out the CAE analysis on the stress of the designed Baja off-road vehicle frame under four typical working conditions of full load bending,highspeed turning,emergency braking,and full load torsion through the 2 D unit mode with HyperMesh software.Then,it analyzes the modal of the frame to avoid the resonance between the frame and the road excitation and the tire excitation.Finally,it verifies the actual working conditions through the vehicle test.The results show that the designed Baja off-road vehicle frame can meet the driving requirements of the whole vehicle on all kinds of potholes,ups and downs,steep slopes and other off-road roads without resonance,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent vehicle research and development.
