摘要
为提高军校学员第一岗位任职能力,针对军队院校岗位任职课程设计环节存在的不足,以装备保障分队管理课程为例,研究运用综合性课程设计模式,从课程要素设计、整体课程设计、课程细节设计等3个方面12个环节进行课程设计,可为岗位任职课程提供一种系统、规范、实用的课程设计方法。
In order to improve the position competency of military cadets,in view of the shortcomings in vocational course design of military academies,this paper studies the comprehensive course design mode with equipment support unit management course as an example.It carries out the course design from three aspects of course element design,overall course design,and course detail design,which can provide a systematic,standardized,and practical course design method for the vocational course.
