摘要
为加强新时代军校文职教员考核工作的针对性和可操作性,充分发挥考核评价在文职教员队伍建设中的导向、激励和改进作用,从探寻现状入手,系统分析文职教员考核工作的主要做法。围绕考核标准、考核方式、考核过程和考核结果运用方面存在的问题与不足,提出文职教员考核要坚持客观性、整体性、动态性原则,突出政治标准和工作实绩,实施全寿命管理、周期性评价,增强考核指标针对性、导向性,做到严管厚爱、奖惩并重等对策建议,以确保考核工作取得成效。
In order to promote the assessment pertinence and operability of civilian teachers in military academies in the new era,and give full play to the guidance,incentive and improvement functions of assessment in the construction of civilian teachers,this paper firstly explores the current situation.Then,it systematically analyzes the main methods of the assessment of civilian teachers.Finally,according to the problems and deficiencies existing in the application of assessment standards,methods,process and results,it is proposed that the assessment of civilian teachers should adhere to the principles of objectivity,integrity and dynamics,highlight political standards and work performance,implement life-cycle management and periodic evaluation,enhance the pertinence and guidance of assessment indicators,and pay equal attention to strict management and love,reward and punishment,so as to ensure the effectiveness of assessment work.
