为尽快适应信息化发展需求,提高军队档案管理工作质效,针对档案管理工作中存在的主要问题,结合未来发展趋势,提出转变管理理念实现融合式发展、转变服务意识实现以人为本、转变管理方式实现分级管理和健全选人用人机制实现一专多能4条创新发展路径,以期为服务备战打仗提供助力。

In order to meet the needs of information development as soon as possible and improve the quality and efficiency of military archives management,in view of the main problems existing in archives management and in combination with the future development trend,this paper puts forward four innovative development paths:changing the management concept to achieve integrated development,changing the service awareness to achieve people-oriented,changing the management mode to achieve hierarchical management,and improving the personnel selection and employment mechanism to achieve one specialty and multiple abilities,so as to provide assistance for war preparation.
