美军联合海岸后勤体系研究及启示

Research and Enlightenment of Joint Coastal Logistics System in U.S.Military

为提高我军岸海衔接保障能力,在明确联合海岸后勤概念内涵基础上,分析美军联合海岸后勤体系构成及相互关系,对其指挥控制体系、力量体系和装备体系3个子系统的构成、功能等重点内容进行归纳总结,从完善指挥机构、加强力量建设、加快装备研发、提高训练水平4个方面提出对我军的启示。

To improve our army’s shore-sea connection support ability,this paper firstly elaborates the connotation of the concept of joint coastal logistics.Then,it analyzes the composition and relationship of the U.S.military joint coastal logistics system,and summarizes the composition and functions of its three subsystems of command and control system,force system,and equipment system.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment to our army from following four aspects:perfecting command organization,strengthening force construction,accelerating equipment research and development,and improving the training level.
