提升联合作战基础知识课程教学质量的思考

摘要 为提升联合作战基础知识课程教学质量,针对课程教学过程中存在教学内容与现实需求衔接不够紧密、教学方法不符合学为主体理念、部分教员能力与课程教学要求不相适应、现有教学条件与教学需求有差距等问题,提出坚持按纲施训、创新教学方法、重视教员队伍建设、完善教学条件等对策措施,为相关课程改革提供参考。 In order to improve the teaching quality of the basic knowledge course of joint operations,in view of following problems existing in the course teaching process:the insufficient connection between the teaching content and the actual needs,the teaching method does not meet the concept of learning as the main body,the quality of some teachers does not adapt to the teaching requirements of the courses,and there is a gap between the existing teaching conditions and teaching needs,this paper puts forward some suggestions which can provide reference for relevant curriculum reform,such as training according to the outline,innovating teaching methods,paying attention to the construction of teaching staff,and improving teaching conditions.
