Development Characteristics,Practices and Enlightenment of American Military Sea Transportation

为完善我国军事海运体系建设,提升海运投送能力,总结美国军事海运发展的基本特点和经验做法,从紧前推进建设规划、着力提升实施效能、拓展动员体系建设3个方面提出对我国的启示。

In order to improve the construction of China’s military sea transportation system and improve the sea transportation projection capacity,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics and experience of American military sea transportation development,and puts forward enlightenment to China from following three aspects:promoting the construction planning,focusing on improving the implementation efficiency,and expanding the construction of mobilization system.
