摘要
为提高学员军事素养和自主创新能力,以布鲁姆教育目标分类理论为基础,根据教学目标不同领域的层级化需求,设计一种课前准备、课堂活动、教学评价的混合教学模式,并分析课前导学、课堂研学等阶段的实现方法,提出合理安排学员自学时间、创建混合教学模式平台、重塑教员角色等建议,以激发学员学习的主动性、积极性。
In order to improve students’military literacy and independent innovation ability,based on Bloom’s educational goal classification theory,this paper firstly designs a mixed teaching mode of pre-class preparation,classroom activities and teaching evaluation according to the hierarchical needs of different fields of teaching objectives.Then,it analyzes the implementation methods of pre-class guidance and classroom research.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to stimulate students’learning initiative and enthusiasm,such as arranging students’self-study time reasonable,creating a mixed teaching mode platform,and reshaping the role of teachers.
