摘要
为构建科学的合成旅装备保障能力评估指标体系,准确检验装备保障训练效果,从装备保障能力的内涵入手,分析装备保障能力评估的内容,在梳理合成旅装备保障能力评估指标体系构建原则及相关考虑基础上,从指挥控制能力、维修保障能力、供应保障能力、数据支撑能力4个方面构建评估指标体系,并以某合成旅参加装备保障演练为例,采用FAHP法对其进行评估。结果表明,该指标体系的评估结果与实际评估结果一致,说明该指标体系能够较为全面地评价反馈合成旅装备能力。
To build a scientific evaluation index system of equipment support capability of synthetic brigade and accurately test the effect of equipment support training,this paper starts from the connotation of equipment support capability.Then,it analyzes the content of equipment support capability evaluation.Thirdly,it combs the construction principles and relevant considerations of equipment support capability evaluation index system of synthetic brigade,and constructs the evaluation index system from four aspects of command and control capability,maintenance support capability,supply support capability,and data support capability.Finally,it takes a synthetic brigade participating in equipment support drill as an example,and uses FAHP method to evaluate it.The results show that the evaluation results of the index system are consistent with the actual evaluation results,indicating that the index system can comprehensively evaluate and feedback the equipment capability of the synthetic brigade.
