On Construction and Development of Maritime Transportation Mobilization System in China

为推动我国海上交通运输动员体系创新发展、提升海上交通运输动员保障能力,阐述我国海上交通运输动员体系建设发展需求,结合我国海上交通运输动员体系建设的发展现状,提出推进海上交通运输动员的领导指挥、协调运行、资源力量、法制保障、信息网络等体系优化的对策建议。

In order to promote the innovative development of China’s maritime transportation mobilization system and improve its support capacity,this paper firstly expounds the development needs of China’s maritime transportation mobilization system.Then,according to the development status of China’s maritime transportation mobilization system,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing maritime transportation mobilization system from the aspects of leadership and command,coordinated operation,resource force,legal guarantee,and information network.
