加强院校考试工作的思考

Reflections on Strengthening the College Testing Work

为提高院校考试工作的科学性和规范性,从院校考试对人才培养的作用入手,提出当前考试工作存在的问题,从规范完善考试运行管理、推动考试改革深耕细作、发挥考试诊断反馈作用3个方面提出加强院校考试工作的对策建议,以发挥考试工作在院校教育和人才培养方面的重要作用。

To improve the scientific and standard quality of college testing work,this paper starts from analyzing the influence of college examination on talent cultivation,lists the problems existing in the present testing work,and puts forwards proposals and suggestions of strengthening college exam practice from three aspects:regulating testing management,promoting the reform of testing work,and fulfilling the exam’s mission of diagnosis and feedback.These proposals and suggestions aim to boost the important role testing work plays in the process of college education and talent cultivation.
