弹药智能堆垛拆垛作业系统技术方案设计

摘要 为解决我军弹药堆垛拆垛作业机械化程度低、人工消耗大等问题,在分析弹药智能堆垛拆垛作业的实际需求以及国内外发展现状的基础上,创新提出机械臂式、桥架式、伺服式、无人叉车式4种弹药智能堆垛拆垛作业系统技术方案,并对比分析4种方案的优缺点,给出优选建议方案,可为我军研制智能化弹药装卸装备提供技术参考。 To solve the problems our army faces in the ammunition stacking and de-stacking,such as low mechanization degreeand high labor consumption,this paper first analyzes the actual demand for ammunition intelligent stacking and de-stacking and the current development at home and abroad,and then proposes four intelligent ammunition handling systems,including mechanical arm type,bridge type,servo type and unmanned fork lift type.The advantages and disadvantages of the four systems are analyzed and compared before a preferred one is suggested.The research is of technical reference for our army’s development of intelligent ammunition handling equipment.
