摘要
为提高车辆平顺性参数识别效率和识别精度,以某轮式轻型越野车辆为研究对象,探索一种利用车辆过半圆凸块响应数据识别车辆平顺性参数的方法。建立车辆平顺性半车模型,预估车辆平顺性初始参数,运用Newmark-β方法对车辆过半圆凸块的响应进行仿真,采用遗传算法对车辆模型中13个参数的数值进行优化,直到仿真结果与试验结果差别最小,此时参数优化结果为车辆平顺性参数识别结果。试验表明,该方法能够对越野车辆平顺性参数进行有效识别,对车载武器、车载仪器设备减振设计具有重要意义。
In order to increase the parameter identification efficiency and accuracy of a vehicle’s ride comfort,a light tactical vehicle is taken as a case in this paper to find a method of identifying the ride comfort by utilizing the parameters of a vehicle passing the half circle obstacles.The identification method includes the establishment of the half vehicle model,the estimation of the original ride parameters and the response simulation of the vehicle when it passes the half circle based on Newmark-βmethod.The 13 ride parameters are optimized via GM method to match the test response best.Results show that the method proposed in the paper can effectively identify the parameters of the cross-country vehicle.The identification method is important to vibration reduction design of vehicle-mounted weapons and instrument.
