汽车滚装船军事运用问题研究

Research on Military Application of Ro-Ro ships

为提升我军海上运输投送能力,针对我国汽车滚装船建设发展现状,结合汽车滚装船结构特点以及部队运用实践,深入剖析汽车滚装船军事运用价值及存在问题,从加快制订汽车滚装船使用管理规定、注重贯彻国防要求提高船舶运载能力、积极研制配套的船用生活保障集装箱、大力完善船舶救生消防安全设施设备等方面,提出加强汽车滚装船军事运用能力的对策措施。

In order to improve the maritime transportation capacity of our army,by analyzing the development status,the structural characteristics and the military use of Ro-Ro ship in China,this paper points out the problems existing in its military use.It is suggested that the formulation of management regulations be accelerated,carrying capacity be improved,life support container be developed,life-saving and fire safety facilities be completed.
