竞赛教学模式在装卸装备操作课程中的应用

Application of Competition Teaching Mode in Loading-and-unloading Equipment Operation Course

为提升实装实操类课程教学效果,激发学员的学习兴趣,增进教员与学员之间的交流,尝试在装卸装备操作课程教学中应用竞赛教学模式。在分析竞赛教学模式的形式、课目设置、成绩应用的基础上,提出竞赛教学实施过程中应重点关注安全和组织协调等问题,并建立竞赛教学长效机制,将其纳入到课程教学计划,进一步推进实践课程改革。

In order to improve the teaching effect of practical operation courses,stimulate students’interest in learning,and enhance the communication between teachers and students,this paper attempts to apply the competition teaching mode in the teaching of Loading-and-unloading Equipment Operation course.It firstly analyzes the form,curriculum setting and performance application of the competition teaching mode.Then,it proposes that we should pay more attention on safety and organization coordination in the implementation process of competition teaching,and establish a long term mechanism of competition teaching and bring it into the curriculum teaching plan.This teaching mode has a positive role in promoting the reform of practice curriculum.
