非圆齿轮无级变速器双螺旋副结构设计及有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 为充分利用非圆齿轮无级变速器的内部空间,以其工作需求为基础,选择以双螺旋副为核心的相位调节装置,基于非圆齿轮无级变速,确定双螺旋副的结构,分析其工作原理与力学性能,并对双螺旋副进行参数设计,然后利用ANSYS Workbench软件对两种典型工况下的双螺旋副进行有限元分析。结果表明,其强度、刚度能够满足非圆齿轮无级变速器相位调节的要求,为后续物理样机的制造加工提供了依据。 In order to make full use of the internal space of non-circular gear CVT,based on its work requirements,the phase adjustment device with double helix pairs as the core is selected.Firstly,based on the non-circular gear CTV,the structure of the double helix pairs is determined,its working principle and mechanical properties are analyzed,and the parameters of the double helix pairs are designed.Then,the finite element analysis of the double helix pairs under two typical working conditions is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that the strength and stiffness can meet the requirements of phase adjustment of non-circular gear CVT,which provides a basis for the subsequent manufacturing of physical prototype.
