On Test Capability Construction of Army Part-time Test Troops

为加强陆军兼职试验部队试验能力建设,为未来试验鉴定力量体系提供支撑,剖析兼职试验部队的概念和特点,构建试验能力需求模型;从任务需求、试验能力需求、试验能力差距等方面分析兼职试验部队试验能力建设需求,提出兼职试验部队试验能力建设的总体思路;从法规制度、理论体系、人才培养、运行机制、试验条件等方面提出兼职试验部队试验能力建设的主要内容。

In order to strengthen the construction of the army part-time test troops’test capability and provide support for the future test appraisal force system,this paper firstly analyzes the concept and characteristics of the part-time test troops and constructs the test capability demand model.Then,it analyzes the test capability construction demand of the part-time test troops from the aspects of task demand,test capability demand and test capability gap.Finally,it puts forward the general idea of the test capability construction of the part-time test troops from the aspects of laws and regulations,theoretical system,personnel training,operation mechanism,test conditions,etc.
