摘要
为进一步丰富军事教育理论,以史为鉴探寻晚清海军教育发展的缺憾,追溯北洋水师建设历程与发展情况,总结晚清海军教育发展过程中,在生源质量、教学理念、教学内容和人才推送等方面存在的诸多缺憾;并以北洋水师学堂为例,吸纳晚清海军教育的历史教训,从转变招生思路、加强党对院校教育工作的领导、注重对"人"的培养、增强实战化训练和更新教学内容推进军人职业化等方面提出启示。
In order to further enrich the theory of military education,we should take history as a mirror to explore the shortcomings of the development of naval education in the late Qing Dynasty.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper firstly traces the construction process and development of Beiyang Naval Academy,and summarizes the deficiencies in the quality of students,teaching philosophy,teaching content and talent promotion in the development of Naval Education in the late Qing Dynasty.Then,it takes Beiyang Naval Academy as an example to absorb the historical lessons of naval education in the late Qing Dynasty.Finally,it puts forward some enlightenment from the aspects of changing the idea of enrollment,strengthening the Party’s absolute leadership over college education,paying attention to the cultivation of"people",strengthening the practical training,updating the teaching content,and promoting the professionalization of soldiers.
