Orientation and Development Strategy of Military Transportation Academic Journals Under New Situation

按照全军期刊调整改革要求,结合陆军军事交通学院实际,对期刊的职能定位和创新发展进行再思考。从新时代发展要求、期刊使命任务和行业领域期刊现状3个方面,分析新形势下期刊重新定位的必要性,论述其职能定位、办刊宗旨和目标;从完善机制体制、加强选题策划、打造精品期刊、完善"三支队伍"4个方面阐述期刊发展策略,并提出几点思考。

In accordance with the requirements of the adjustment and reform of the military journals of the whole army and the actual situation of Army Military Transportation University,the functional orientation and innovative development of the periodicals are reconsidered in this paper.It firstly analyzes the necessity of repositioning journals in the new situation from three aspects:the development requirements of the new era,the mission and tasks of journals,and the current situation of journals in the field.Then,it discusses the functional orientation,the purpose and the goal of operating journals.Finally,it systematically expounds the development strategies of journals from following four aspects:improving the mechanism and system,strengthening the topic selection planning,creating excellent journals,and improving the"three teams".
