Teaching Ability Construction of Civilian Teachers in NCO Colleges

为提高士官院校文职教员的教学能力,在分析士官院校文职教员教学能力需求的基础上,剖析文职教员教学能力现状,从做好职业发展规划、构建培训体系、创设成长发展平台等方面,提出文职教员教学能力提升路径。

In order to improve the teaching ability of civilian teachers in NCO colleges,this paper firstly analyzes the teaching ability demand of civilian teachers in NCO colleges.Then,it analyzes the current situation of civilian teachers’teaching ability.Finally,it puts forward the methods to improve the teaching ability of civilian teachers from the aspects of career development planning,construction of training system,creation of growth and development platform,etc.
