船艇装备保障训练研究

On Watercraft Equipment Support Training

为提高船艇部队船艇装备保障训练能力,分析当前船艇部队装备保障训练存在的问题;从注重训练指导、端正训练风气,注重训练管理、规范训练秩序,注重方法手段、提高训练效率,注重长远建设、促进训练质量,注重上下联动、完善训练设施等5个方面,提出提高船艇部队装备保障训练水平的对策。

In order to improve the training ability of watercraft equipment support,this paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the current equipment support training of watercraft forces.Then,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training level of the equipment support of the watercraft troops from following five aspects:paying attention to training guidance and correcting training atmosphere,paying attention to training management for standardizing training order,paying attention to methods and means for improving training efficiency,paying attention to the long-term construction to promote the training quality,and paying attention to the linkage between the upper and lower levels for improving the training facilities.
